Evening Primrose Oil

Evening Primrose Oil is derived from the seeds of the evening primrose plant and is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid. It is commonly used to support hormonal balance, skin health, and reduce inflammation.

Evening Primrose Oil is particularly popular among women for alleviating symptoms of PMS and menopause. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, making it beneficial for conditions like eczema and rheumatoid arthritis.

While generally safe, excessive use may cause mild side effects like stomach upset or headaches. It should be avoided by individuals with epilepsy or those taking blood-thinning medications.
