Fish Oil

Fish oil is a dietary source of omega-3 fatty acids, primarily eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These essential fats play crucial roles in cardiovascular health, brain function, and inflammation regulation.

For athletes, omega-3s from fish oil may support joint health, reduce exercise-induced inflammation, and enhance recovery. Fish oil is also linked to improved cognitive function and potential benefits in endurance performance.

It is commonly available in softgel or liquid form, often standardized to specific EPA and DHA concentrations.
